This is a one-day, relaxed exploration of simple printmaking techniques which lend themselves to experimentation and play. Without using a printing press, the hand-printed results are unexpected and one-of-a-kind.

All non-toxic materials and printmaking tools will be provided for this fun workshop. Each participant will leave with multiple prints.

Carmen Ruiz is an award-winning professional studio artist and bilingual art educator. She works in mixed-media, graphic design, painting, clay, paper and wood sculpture, drawing, art photography, and printmaking.
